Insurance
We are out-of-network, and do not accept insurance.
Upon request, we can provide you with a coded insurance receipt (superbill) for you to submit to insurance for direct reimbursement to you.
Some companies provide whole or partial reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours; Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the doctors’ day that could have been filled by another patient.
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.
Return patients who miss their follow-up appointment without notifying the practitioner beforehand will be charged a $45 no call - no show fee.
New Patients who miss their initial appointment without notifying the practitioner beforehand will be charged the full cost of the visit at $90.
These fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

PRIVATE SESSIONS - UPPER LEVEL:
Initial New Patient Acupuncture Session: $90
Follow-up Acupuncture Session: $70
COMMUNITY SESSIONS - LOWER LEVEL:
Initial New Patient Acupuncture Session:
Follow-up Acupuncture Session: sliding scale $40 - $65, based on need

Cash, check, debit/credit card, flexible spending account (FSA), and health savings account (HSA) are all accepted.
