Insurance

We are out-of-network, and do not accept insurance.

Upon request, we can provide you with a coded insurance receipt (superbill) for you to submit to insurance for direct reimbursement to you.

Some companies provide whole or partial reimbursement.

We reserve this time just for you - if your plans change, a 24-hour notice helps us support others on the waiting list.

Patients who provide less than 24 hours will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.

Return patients who miss their follow-up appointment without notifying the practitioner beforehand will be charged a $45 no call - no show fee.

New Patients who miss their initial appointment without notifying the practitioner beforehand will be charged the full cost of the visit at $95.

These fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

PRIVATE SESSIONS - UPPER LEVEL:

Initial New Patient Acupuncture Session: $95

Follow-up Acupuncture Session: $70

COMMUNITY SESSIONS - LOWER LEVEL:

Initial New Patient Acupuncture Session: $65

Follow-up Acupuncture Session: sliding scale $45 - $65, based on need

Cash, check, debit/credit card, flexible spending account (FSA), and health savings account (HSA) are all accepted.
